A small team, close to the work.

IT Effectiveness LLC is registered in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are a small group of engineers who prefer to stay senior and hands-on rather than grow into layers of management — every project has people who actually write the code answering for it.

Where we specialize

Financial technology is our core focus — algorithmic systems, market data, and the automation trading desks and financial teams run on. We design and build this software ourselves, for clients and for our own licensing, and we never act as a broker. Precision and reliable data are what we optimize for.

How we work

• One team, start to finish — the people who scope the work are the people who build it.
• We say what we think a technology choice will cost later, not only what it costs now.
• Direct communication, in English, Russian, or Georgian.
